The club now has tools to loan to members.
Spring Training Camp (spring bike tune-up with basic on-bike skills course) is being planned for early spring.
Treasurer, Scott Byrom is working on 501(c)7 status for the club.
A walk/bike committee, a joint effort of Manchester and Tullahoma to make our areas more walk/bike friendly, has recently formed. HRBike Members are welcome to participate. HRBike calendar has details.
For sale…HRBike caps $9, jerseys $65 and ERV t-shirts $12. Plans for a HRBike custom, insulated, water bottle are ongoing.
The 2017 ERV is returning to it’s usual “time slot” along with a host of other changes.
Dan Johnson will revise the Tuesday Night Shoot Out to regroup several times along the 35-mile route. And, he will head up the Thursday Night Time-trial. Both rides start in April. The goal is to attract cyclists of all levels to each ride.
Joe Capezza says the TN Senior Olympics (50+ yrs) bike portion is June 24 & 25, and, the Jack & Back is Oct. 7-8.
Hunter Norris invited members to join him in the KY Century Challenge, 5 rides in KY in 2017. Hunter is forming a group to share travel and lodging expenses, contact Hunter for details.
